Welcome to the first steps on your journey to a more stress free life! Stress and anxiety are unfortunately natural and unavoidable but this program will teach you skills and techniques which will make you more capable of dealing with and overcoming them!

The program starts by looking at the Biopsychological and Evolutionary aspects of the stress and anxiety responses that we experience every day. We will then focus on identifying current issues that may be causing you to have these reactions and understanding how and why they are effecting you.

You will then learn many new skills and techniques in order to manage stress based on Cognitive Behavioural Psychology, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. You will also receive a free Empowerment Pack full of resources and techniques for you to use straight away!

Over the 3 sessions you will be practicing and building on these new skills so you can adapt and manage stress and anxiety provoking situations in a more effective and Psychologically healthy way.

Week 3: Stress Inoculation Therapy

1.Review of your success using the Empowering Language and Empowering Thinking techniques over the past week

2.Stress management technique 4: Stress Inoculation Therapy

3.How to continue to improve in the future

4.Extra: How to deal with panic

All sessions are conducted via live online sessions can be done at your convenience.  These sessions can be booked for individuals or as part of a group.
