Therapy courses are available in person at my home office in Rayleigh in Essex or via live online one to one sessions.

Before I take on any new client I will conduct a free consultation call with you to go through the process of the course and what it entails. The course can be tailor made to suit you and your needs. The core ideology of Empowerment Coaching is that it is a client centred therapy meaning you are in control.  The most important part of the process ultimately is you, as you are the only one who can cause the change in your life that you desire. Therefore it is very important that you feel that this is the right therapy for you!
